Eind juli is het de tijd om de knoflook te oogsten. Dan laat je alles verscheidende weken goed drogen en je haalt de buitenste velletjes er vanaf zodat het er ook nog goed uit ziet als je het wil gaan verkopen.

The end of July is the time to harvest the garlic. Its have to dry for several weeks, then you peel the first layer so the garlic looks nice when you want to sell it.

This is how are living room looks these days, always veggies drying or veggies that had to ripen. I don't clean a lot for the moment because its always a mess with all these veggies in the house.
