1 Year!

Ella 1 year!

Vandaag is Ella 1 jaar geworden. Afgelopen zondag hebben we het met de familie hier gevierd. En vandaag wordt er getrakteerd bij de oppas. Dank je wel iedereen voor de kadootjes en de post.

Ella became 1 year today. We celebrated her birthday last Sunday with the family here. And today she brought a surprise snack to the daycare as a treat for the other children. Thanks everybody for the present and the mail.

Een pakje van opa en oma, de vlinders op het papier zijn bijna het leukst.
A package from the grandparents from Holland, the butterflies on the paper are the most interesting.

Natuurlijk heeft papa de taart voor de grote mensen zelf gemaakt.
Of course papa made the birthday cake for the adults.

En mama heeft de taart voor Ella gemaakt.
And mama made the cake for Ella.

Heerlijk voor de eerste keer een stukje taart, mmm.....
Delicious the first piece of cake of my life, mmm........

Nog een pakje uit Nederland, alles uit de doos halen en op de grond gooien is een leuk spelletje.
And an other package from Holland, unpakcing and throwing everything on the floor is very funny.

Wat een mooi boek, dank je wel tante Gabrie, David en Jasmijn.
What a nice book, thanks aunt Gabrie, David and Jasmijn.

Het kaartje met muziek en geluid is helemaal super!
The postcard with music and light is favourite!

En de nederlandse traditie wordt ook hier voortgezet, trakteren bij de oppas.
And we continue with the Dutch tradition that you treat the children at the daycare with a surprise snack!
